Project Workshops

The workshops’ purpose is to train the Examiners and persons that will handle the online database and to present the features of the EWF-IIW Exam Database.
Four workshops were performed:
one at VUZ – Bratislava/Slovakia on the 12th of November, another at ASR – Timisoara/Romania on the 14th of November, the third was held in Ljubliana, Slovenia on the 23rd of April and the fourth was on the 19th of May in Venice, Italy.

The general agenda of the workshops was:

- Details concerning the database User Manual;

- The automatic generated e-mails by the exam database, that are sent to the National User, the goal of these e-mails;

- How National users can manage the questions database translation (the full database translation or translation exam by exam) and new questions

- How to make general or specific searches related to questions database;

- How to generate the IWE exams (the tasks that shall be performed), download the related .CSV file and upload the .csv file with the exam applicants information;

- The importance of uploading the applicants exams information;

- How to perform the translation of the statements mentioned on the header of the exam answers sheets and exam booklets;

- How to perform the translation of the titles of the modules and subjects;

- How to download the questions queries;

- How to use the statics module and the information that can be obtained;

- The advantages for National users to appoint Local users;

- The difference between Local users type A and B.
